Even though I am now enrolled in school, I still have to pay my bills. Why so?

If you recently moved funds to your new school, the MyFedLoan system may not yet reflect your new school’s information.

If you are unable to make the payment, please file a request for a General Forbearance. If you are able to make the payment, please do so. Your request should be submitted under the “Trouble Paying” page. When the system has been updated to reflect the new status, you will no longer be billed for the service.
